How to sign up for an appointment with EFT Practitioner, Melissa Derasmo:
Cost: $100 for a one hour session either in my office or on the phone.
Before you pay for a session, please call me at (845) 323-6988 so we can discuss what you would like to resolve. At that time we can put a hold on a date and time for your session. If this is a phone session, (and almost all the EFT work I do can be easily done over the phone) please let me know the number you wish me to call you on for the session. After we have set the date and time, you will need to pay for it below so that the date and time we agreed to will be held for you.
Payment for your session guarantees your session. If you wish to cancel your session, please do so 24 hours in advance for an immediate full refund. If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance, you will forfeit 50% of your session fee.
You will be assigned homework that is specific to your issue/s. Follow up appointments may or may not be necessary depending on the work we are doing and your compliance with your homework assignments.
